£95 + VAT per week for a standard room 
£100 + VAT per week for a large room
£120 + VAT per week for a room with en-suite facilities

The fees include:

• Accommodation in individual study bedrooms
• Access to all facilities, including the library, computer room and common rooms
• Breakfast and dinner on weekdays
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends
• Bed linen and towel laundry service, and use of laundry facilities
• The accommodation period runs for a minimum 34 weeks from the start of the winter term and finishes at the end of the summer term. Residents who wish to remain at Coniston Hall during the summer vacation must apply in writing in May.
• Fees are due termly in advance. Vacation fees are charged in advance on a pro-rata basis. A place is reserved once the inscription fee (£25) and the deposit (£100) has been paid. The deposit is returned less any outstanding debit at the end of the academic year.
• Any resident who wishes to leave before the end of the academic year must give six week’s notice in writing.
